A few things you should know
The staff were friendly and cute. Just a short stroll to Gare du Nord, super convenient for traveling around Paris.
The room was quite small and lacked cooling even when the air conditioning was turned down completely,, which impacted the comfort level .

The staff were supper friendly, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The room was beautifully maintained and lovely romantic with modern bathroom and bath robes and tea and the overall experience was nice! The food was delicious, especially cereals, pastries and eggs for breakfast.

Short walk from the station Gare du Nord
The location is very poor and is situated in a very rough area. People sleeping on mattresses and in doorways does not appeal.

The staff were freindly and the hotel room was clean and comfortable.
The location wasn't the greatest however it was a short walk to the subway. Definately not the greatest place to be out late. WIFI signal wasn't very strong.

Family with 2 boys & a baby, we found the staff excellent. Baby cot was provided and hotel also has lift for pram & luggage etc. The location is terrific for a short stay in Paris. Close to train, buses and has a great market next door. Breakfast is held in dining room and has a great selection and good quality

The accomadations for 4 people were good. The speaking of English by the staff made everything very helpful. Hotel is close to many restaurants, cafes and the metro. Beds were comfortable. A little high priced for the smallness of everything (elevator, hallways)

Location was easy to get too from Gare du Nord and the metro. A great base for exploring Paris. Some restuarants and cafes near by and quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and spoke good english
Rooms smelt of smoke when we first arrived

The hotel is conveniently located near two train stations. We also appreciated the free WiFi, which helped us stay connected during our family trip with our teen children.
In my wife's opinion, the air conditioning was a serious issue .

The receptionist was most helpful and professional. Although there was no registration of our three rooms on the hotel computer (despite our internet confirmation), he found rooms for us even when the hotel was almost full! All the receptionists could speak english and were most helpful with their advise and tips on how to optimise our hoilday. The breakfast was good and definitely value for money. Its location within walking distance from Gare du Nord Railway Station (accessible to Eurostar and Metro tube) makes it very convenient for even first time visitors. I will definitely recommend it to my friends visiting Paris.
